Mud

NOTE: Some kinds of mud are dark in colour, and can be very difficult to remove fully.

  1. If the mud stain is fresh, rinse the stain under the tap from the back of the fabric to help loosen the mud from the fabric. Alternatively if the mud has dried, gently brush off excess.
  2. Wash the garment with Persil Small & Mighty powder or liquid in the hottest water that the fabric will allow. (Check the care label.)
  3. If stain persists, soak overnight in Persil or Persil Small & Mighty and warm to hot water. Always check for colourfastness and dye stability before soaking.

Remember: Always read the care label to make sure that your garment will not be damaged when you attempt to remove the stain.
